2000 TINTA DE TORO "Puertas Novas"
Venialbo (Zamora)
Wine coming from vineyards of over 50 years. Good dark purple with depth like Valpiculata. Complex nose with fruity aromas suggesting pepper, cummin and hessian over a solid base of black fruits especially black berries. In the mouth the wine is immediately soft and rounded with easy ripe tannins giving structure and weight. Flavours of fruits . A long persistent finish is accompanies once again by the initial fruity aromas of the nose. A fantastic wine.... Francisco Crabtree (wine expert)
