Precious Child was established in September 2002 in response to God’s call to Pastor Charles Masunungure and his wife Judith, to provide love and care to abandoned and and orphaned children in Zimbabwe. They have now been married for 10 years without biological children, but their involvement in the Precious Child program of adopting and fostering babies has brought them a great deal of peace and confidence. They now have under their care 2 adopted babies and 6 fostered babies who were abandoned by their birth mothers.

Let us take care of the children, for they have a long way to go.

Let us take care of the elders, for they have come a long way.

Let us take care of those in between, for they are doing the work.

Traditional African prayer

Whoever receives one little child like this in My name receives Me.

Matthew 18:5
