How you can help

You can apply for a one year honorary posting as a Charity Ambassador or Consul in your country of residence and promote and raise funds locally for the orphans. Click here to read more.

But please sponsor the orphans or make a one-off donation to the orphanage.

Important note at 10th December 2004:

After much thought & consideration we have decided to suspend our on-line sponsorship program for individual children from this date on. The reason is simply that some of the children have several sponsors, and others have none. This seemed un-just and we think you will agree that it is better to support all of the children we currently house through monthly recurring payments using PayPal.

You can sponsor the children in 2 easy steps below (see Payment Plans below for 3, 6 or 12 months, or make a one-off donation of the amount you wish which will go to the benefit of all of the orphans.

Please note that the Orphans In Africa Project is not currently registered as a 501(c)3 tax exempt charity in the USA or a registered charity in the UK and therefore donations are NOT tax deductible when donating on-line.

Let us take care of the children, for they have a long way to go.

Let us take care of the elders, for they have come a long way.

Let us take care of those in between, for they are doing the work.

Traditional African prayer

Whoever receives one little child like this in My name receives Me.
